1. CNC prototyping
we can process prototypes in a range of block material with max dimension up to 70.87*43.31*25.59in. We process the work piece by cutting the unwanted material from CNC equipment, normal lead time of CNC prototyping is 4-5 days. High surface and the complex shape parts are fit for this processing way. Our CNC machines can typically machine components on home appliance, medical device, car parts and electronic products with high quality.
2. Rapid tooling
rapid tooling mainly applies for dozens and thousands of products, it has advantages in low cost fast lead time, tight tolerances and stable performance, which can realize small batch products.
3. Silicon mold
Silicon molded is ideal for building 10 to 100 pieces our of broad range of polyurethanes and other polymers. The textures, color and profiles of the intended items will be reproduced to be loyal of the master model. Usually 2-3 days is enough for delivering.
4. SLA / SLS rapid prototype
SLS/SLA rapid prototype fit to make the complicated and small parts . machines we brought in are from us, EbyTon adopts photosensitive resin, they are capable of producing detailed parts with good surface finish and with high tolerance. It was applied when a low number of prototypes is needed. But for larger parts, so we suggest using cnc machining way which has great advantage when needs larger parts.
5. Material of prototype
Abs, polycarbonate (PC), delrin(POM), PP, PA, PVC, PBT, PE, acrylic (PMMA), aluminum(different grade), PA+30GF, PU(for silicon mold parts),

A. Yes, we can use CAD drawings to make models for design and functional evaluations.
Q. What type of plastic is best for my design/component?
A. Materials selection depends on the application of your design and the environment in which it will function. We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material.
Q. What type of mould tool do I need?
A. Mould tools can be either single impression (one part at a time) or multi-impression (2,4, 8 or 16 parts at a time). Single impression tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year whereas multi-impression tools are for larger quantities. We can look at your projected annual requirements and recommend which would be best for you.
Q. Ok, I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get my parts?
A. It can take 3-8 weeks to have the mould tool manufactured depending on the part's complexity and the number of impressions (single or multi). After we have received final approval by you of the new tool, you can expect delivery of parts within 2-3 days.
